Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing EHS policies, incorporating best practices in areas like PPE, equipment safety, and waste management
• Leading EHS program implementation for compliance in emergency preparedness, hazardous materials, and life safety
• Evaluating and selecting health and safety equipment to support and improve organizational EHS standards
• Implementing environmental impact reduction programs, focusing on energy efficiency and waste management initiatives
• Designing EHS training content to educate employees on safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Analyzing EHS data to prepare reports, guide safety committees, and recommend corrective actions for process improvements
• Investigating incidents using EHS MIS databases, documenting findings, and managing follow-up actions
• Serving as an EHS advisor, researching regulations, and interfacing with regulatory agencies for compliance matters
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
