Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in labor relations and employee engagement to collaborate with UAW leadership, Trust representatives, and external partners.
• Develop and implement innovative wellness solutions that enhance employee access to support resources, drive operational excellence and service effectiveness.
• Develop annual ESSP Representative educational conferences with 70+ attendees.
• Oversee the management of plant fitness centers.
• Conduct early intervention training.
• Support Employee Support Services Program (ESSP) Representatives.
• Play a key role in supporting national-level collective bargaining activities.
• Ensure health care vendors deliver exceptional value and service to employees by leveraging insights and employee feedback to understand their needs and experiences.
• Help shape the future of our health and wellness programs by evaluating, designing, and continuously optimizing comprehensive, cost-effective solutions that balance business objectives, contractual commitments, and the evolving needs of employees and their families.
