About The Position

This role partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, and offer extension. The Specialist will provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Maintaining accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System, adhering to compliance and talent acquisition processes, demonstrating ethical standards, integrity, and respect, maintaining composure under pressure, and operating with a sense of urgency are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)
