About The Position

In this role, you’ll make an impact by providing administrative and executive support in a fast-paced environment. You will proactively manage a complex calendar with intention and strategic priorities in mind, and work with stakeholders to prepare effective pre-reads and materials. You will work closely and effectively with the Executives’ team, and manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries. You will support day-to-day needs that keep the executive operating at their best, and manage both planned and last-minute requests with discretion and poised execution. Bringing a growth mindset, you will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, pitching in as needed. You will have frequent engagement with leadership-level contacts both inside and outside the organization. You will conduct research, compile, analyze, and summarize information for reports and correspondence, while managing sensitive and complex situations with discretion and tact. You will also drive process and product innovation.

Requirements

  • High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Proven ability to exercise autonomy in managing complex, confidential administrative duties requiring broad knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
  • The candidate must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience/interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency both within the administrative function and in support of the executives

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Applicable vocational training such as courses on relevant business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), basic business writing, or similar preferred
  • AA degree or relevant business certifications preferred.
  • 7+ years of total work experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of some experience.
