About The Position

They utilize audience data and insights to create engaging content and effective campaigns across various digital media platforms. The Paid Social team at Code3 is responsible for delivering sophisticated branding and performance media campaigns for a diverse client base. Senior Paid Social Specialists are expected to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by executing complex ad campaigns and reporting on their performance to clients. This role offers the opportunity to develop expert-level media skills on major platforms and address challenges for large brands.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid social buying experience across multiple social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or YouTube.
  • Experience activating paid social campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Proficiency with data hygiene, analysis, and visualization in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Pivot table experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to navigate client and external communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in digital marketing and/or social media strategy are a plus (Meta Blueprint Buying and Planning Certifications, TikTok Media Buying Certification, Google Analytics Certification, etc).

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with the team on media planning to support client and campaign strategy.
  • Manage campaign budget pacing and execute bid adjustments as needed.
  • Perform campaign QA on own campaigns, ad sets, and ads, as well as those built by other team members.
  • Build and deliver weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting, including formatted Excel reports, Looker dashboards, and performance insights and recommendations.
  • Pull data and write insights that tell a story for campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBRs.
  • Maintain understanding of the newest paid social product offerings across platforms, stay up-to-date on the latest paid social trends, and provide critical perspective on what updates truly mean for clients.
  • Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance.
