We are looking for a Sr. Specialist, CRM Orchestration & Governance to help design, operationalize, and scale McAfee’s CRM orchestration and governance frameworks. This role ensures journeys are built on strong data foundations and follow consistent, high-quality standards. This is a Hybrid position located in the New York City area. You will be required to be on-site on an as-needed basis. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to NYC and are not offering relocation assistance at this time. As a Sr. Specialist, CRM Orchestration & Governance, you will support the strategic backbone of McAfee’s CRM program. You will work closely with lifecycle strategists and Marketing Operations to ensure journeys are orchestrated correctly, data is used consistently, and governance processes are followed. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, systems, and making complex CRM ecosystems run smoothly.
