About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer supports defense and space programs by translating product designs into scalable manufacturing solutions. The role optimizes workflows, resolves production issues, and drives continuous improvement across the factory in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment focused on operational excellence. The position designs, documents, and improves manufacturing processes; provides production-floor support; specifies, designs, procures, and validates tools, fixtures, and equipment; and maintains work instructions, routings, and process documentation. It also supports new product introduction, configuration control, quality compliance, safety improvements, production analysis, and training for operators and technicians. The schedule is 9/80, with every other Friday off.
