We are searching for the best talent for Senior Specialist - JJOS & BEx . JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Senior Business Excellence Manager, the Senior Specialist - JJOS & BEx serves as the site‑level subject matter expert and execution leader for the Johnson & Johnson Operating System (JJOS) at the GA Campus. This role applies advanced project and program management practices to translate JJOS Business Process Standards into sustained operational results , driving measurable improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), labor productivity, waste reduction, Right‑First‑Time (RFT) performance, and asset reliability . Working independently with minimal supervision, this position integrates value‑focused portfolio execution, performance management, and capability building , ensuring that improvement initiatives are properly prioritized, executed with rigor, and embedded into daily work through standard routines and governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Science, Operations, or Business preferred).
  • Typically requires 4–6 years of professional experience in: Project or program management, Operational excellence, Lean, JJOS, or continuous improvement, Manufacturing or regulated operations environments
  • Demonstrated experience driving cross‑functional initiatives through influence rather than authority .
  • Strong working knowledge of project and program management principles .
  • Practical experience applying JJOS, Lean, or similar operating systems .
  • Ability to translate strategy and standards into actionable, executable work .
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting performance management systems and problem‑solving routines .
  • Analytical skills with ability to assess trends, risks, and value realization.
  • Comfort working in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated alignment with Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives .

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred but not required.
  • Experience linking process improvement to business and financial outcomes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary JJOS methodology specialist for the GA Campus, supporting deployment of Make Business Process Standards, including LEAN and Digital
  • Applies project and program management tools to plan, organize, and execute improvement initiatives tied to measurable operational and financial outcomes.
  • Designs and manages execution roadmaps and sprint‑based improvement plans , including model area deployments.
  • Monitors progress against scope, schedule, resources, risks, and value realization , ensuring initiatives deliver sustained results rather than activity completion.
  • Designs and maintains systems to analyze, monitor, and track business impact , including productivity, efficiency, quality, cost, and reliability metrics.
  • Facilitates cross‑functional alignment and problem resolution , identifying and removing execution barriers.
  • Enables and supports tiered performance management, escalation routines, and RCPS / A3 problem solving .
  • Supports JJOS Health Checks, diagnostics, and maturity assessments , including development and execution of corrective action plans.
  • Assists in defining project scope, resource requirements, schedules, and priorities to ensure alignment with site strategy and constraints.
  • Coaches and mentors peers and junior contributors in JJOS methodologies, execution discipline, and continuous improvement practices .
  • Ensures compliance with all GMP, ISO, FDA, safety, environmental, and internal company requirements.
  • Communicates business‑related issues, risks, and opportunities to appropriate management levels.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
