Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

A two-year degree or more than 2 years’ experience in related accounting discipline.
Experience running reports and trouble shooting from various systems to get desired result.

Responsibilities

Enters WEM usage and pricing daily into Red River and MTech systems to ensure accurate feed production and cost tracking.
Processes accounts payable invoices for outside feed purchases and enters corresponding feed deliveries into the inventory system to ensure accurate cost tracking.
Creates and issues accurate feed sales billings by preparing detailed invoices, validating pricing and quantities, and ensuring all accounts receivable activities are completed promptly
Completes month-end duties including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Serves as the primary accounting contact for Feed Mill staff by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on accounting processes.
