About The Position
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Investor Services Operations team. In this role, you’ll make an impact by conducting, analyzing, and reporting on transfer agency operations activities for clients of moderate complexity. You will also lead client onboarding and internal conversions, conduct key metric reporting, and consult on daily Transfer Agency processes. Additionally, you will assist management in day-to-day business operations, resolving escalated issues and improving productivity through review of processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in transfer agency operations preferred
- Leads project management initiatives and onboarding for new clients
Responsibilities
