About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Specialist, Early Talent to drive and evolve our undergraduate talent programs while helping shape the future of early career recruiting at PVH. This role is pivotal in helping us attract, engage, and develop top university and early career talent from diverse backgrounds to build our long-term talent pipeline. This individual is responsible for the end-to-end management of PVH’s undergraduate internship program and early talent initiatives, with a strong focus on building high quality talent pipelines and driving intern-to-full-time conversion strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, operates with a high degree of independence, and combines strong recruiting expertise with exceptional project management and stakeholder partnership skills. This role offers an opportunity for a high-performing early talent professional to expand their strategic influence and develop enterprise-wide partnerships. The successful candidate will help shape program strategy, influence talent decisions, and contribute to the long-term evolution of PVH’s early talent ecosystem. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, business leaders, universities, and external partners to deliver best-in-class early talent experiences while continuously improving program outcomes and business impact. This is a hands-on role that requires strong project management and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in early talent recruiting, university relations, campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
  • Experience recruiting and assessing talent in a retail, fashion, consumer products, or similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Proven experience managing internship, undergraduate, or early career programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives forward with limited direction.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Experience partnering effectively with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for early talent development, recruitment, and creating meaningful career pathways for emerging professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience with Workday, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Undergraduate Talent Programs: Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of PVH’s undergraduate internship and early talent programs. Manage all aspects of the intern lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, development programming, performance management, and conversion planning. Ensure an engaging and meaningful experience that reflects PVH’s culture and values. Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the undergraduate experience, ensuring programs evolve to meet changing business needs and talent market trends.
  • Partner with Director, Early Career & Emerging Talent on Undergraduate Conversion Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase intern-to-full-time conversion rates. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to identify future talent needs and align conversion opportunities. Analyze hiring trends, conversion metrics, and program outcomes to inform recommendations and improve results.
  • Lead Campus Recruiting Efforts: Support and execute undergraduate recruiting strategies to attract top talent across key functional areas. Source, assess, and engage candidates while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Evaluate talent and provide recommendations to hiring teams, ensuring strong alignment between candidate capabilities, potential, and future business needs. Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process, serving as a trusted advisor on talent assessment and hiring decisions. Represent PVH at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and campus engagement activities.
  • Manage University and External Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and nonprofit partners. Evaluate existing partnerships and identify new opportunities to strengthen PVH’s early talent pipeline and employer brand. Serve as a key ambassador for PVH within the early talent ecosystem.
  • Partner Across the Organization: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, hiring managers, and business leaders to deliver seamless program execution. Navigate complex situations and proactively resolve issues related to hiring, onboarding, conversion, and program operations. Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions and priorities.
  • Lead Program Operations and Project Management: Manage timelines, communications, events, budgets, reporting, and program deliverables. Ensure operational excellence and attention to detail across all aspects of the program. Identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and participant experience.
