About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Specialist, Distribution Operations to support the day-to-day execution of content delivery across our distribution ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Delivery Operations, you’ll help ensure titles, assets, and launches are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time across multiple platforms and partners. You’ll serve as an operational point of contact for a designated line of business, partnering cross-functionally across the content supply chain to support launch readiness, issue resolution, and delivery performance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in digital media operations, content operations, distribution operations, or digital supply chain roles within streaming, entertainment, media, or technology companies
Familiarity with digital content delivery workflows, platform readiness, metadata, and media asset management processes is required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and operational stakeholders
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset
Experience using operational tracking systems and tools such as JIRA, spreadsheets, or workflow management platforms

Nice To Haves

Interest in streaming, entertainment, anime, or digital media is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day distribution operations workflows, including order submissions, delivery tracking, readiness validation, and issue escalation
Monitor and support launch readiness across platforms and distribution partners
Review and remediate JIRA tickets, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
Partner with Distribution Operations teams across lines of business to ensure consistency and operational alignment
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the content supply chain to support successful content delivery
Help identify opportunities to improve operational processes, workflows, and delivery efficiency
Support operational reporting, tracking, and execution related to distribution performance and launch delivery
