About The Position

The Client Success team is looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to act as the daily liaison between Mastercard and our strategic clients and partners, ensuring their success and complete satisfaction with our products and services. As a key member of a rapidly growing Client Success organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our client base helping to grow the existing business. This will be achieved by working closely with each client emphasizing a strong client connection, providing valuable insights and giving personal account support. You will work with some the largest financial companies in the world who are actively embracing the digitization of financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Become knowledgeable of Mastercard solutions and service offerings, including business solutions and implementation methodologies
  • Manage client relationships and become the trusted advisor
  • Work with and support sales through upsell opportunities
  • Work to ensure customer satisfaction with Mastercard products and services by anticipating client needs and understanding the overall vision of their company
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Mastercard to provide outstanding client support
  • Advocate for the needs of clients to leaders in different departments
  • Understand clients' business challenges and industry trends and consult on how Mastercard can help them achieve their objectives
