We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Success to join our Client Service Practice team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Support the development and deployment of service-related communications for clients to inform, align and drive adoption of key initiatives Partner closely with service teams and other internal stakeholders to support client education and training strategies tied to business initiatives and change events Maintain and track alignment across enterprise initiatives impacting client experience Contribute to the execution of the Client Service strategy across Platforms Develop executive-ready materials to communicate progress of Practice initiatives Collaborate across teams to foster a culture of accountability, partnership and continuous improvement Support strategic transformation initiatives focused on improving the client experience and operational effectiveness
