Senior Specialist, Client Processing
About The Position
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist - Client Processing to join our Loan Enablement Platform- Client Processing team. This role is located in Houston, Texas. In this role, you'll make an impact by providing complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems, managing moderate to complex external client issues and ensuring timely delivery of service or resolution of issues, participating in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions, and solving complex problems by applying in-depth system knowledge and industry standards to support internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate Client Processing systems
- Manage moderate to complex external client issues and ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues
- Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions
- Solve complex problems by applying in-depth system knowledge and industry standards to support internal and external clients
