About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Brand Media to help scale awareness and affinity through impactful, data-driven brand media. As Senior Specialist, Brand Media you will support WHOOP’s Brand Media team in launching, monitoring, and optimizing media campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, Performance Media, and external media partners to ensure flawless execution and strong performance across channels. This role reports to the Director of Brand Media and is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their media career who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in media, marketing, or agency environments
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign performance data
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital media buying and measurement
  • Familiarity with media metrics (e.g., GRPs, CPMs, reach, frequency)

Responsibilities

  • Support trafficking, scheduling, and launch of campaigns across YouTube, Paid Social, Linear TV, Streaming/CTV, and OTT platforms
  • Support the build, launch, and QA of paid social campaigns across platforms, ensuring audience targeting aligns with WHOOP’s core verticals and awareness goals
  • Coordinate with brand and creative teams to traffic assets, follow brand guidelines, and help ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Track upper- and mid-funnel performance (reach, frequency, video views, engagement, consideration)
  • Assist in compiling clear, recurring performance reports that provide actionable insights
  • Maintain dashboards to support accurate execution and reporting
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for vendors and platform partners, managing campaign updates or changes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics, Creative, and Performance teams to ensure alignment across media initiatives
