About The Position

EcoShield is seeking a Senior Specialist Affiliate Marketing to build and own its affiliate program as a new customer acquisition channel. The role is accountable for the program’s strategy, setup, launch, and growth, with performance measured through qualified leads, sales, revenue, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). It reports directly to the CMO and has responsibility for the channel’s economics and contribution to marketing-attributed revenue. The position includes establishing and administering affiliate network accounts; recruiting and managing publishers; developing review-site partnerships; and launching compliant host-and-post, lead-transfer, and call-transfer programs that supply EcoShield’s National Inside Sales floor. The specialist will negotiate payout structures and commercial terms, monitor partner-level profitability and lead quality, manage tracking and attribution with analytics and MarTech teams, prevent fraud and trademark bidding, and oversee compliance with relevant disclosure, consent, and data-handling requirements. The role also forecasts affiliate volume and reports partner performance, CAC, and partnership pipeline to the CMO. This is an in-office role based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an expectation of working in the office five days a week. EcoShield describes the work as a fast-paced opportunity to build a channel from the ground up, with executive backing and performance measured by outcomes. The company offers competitive compensation and full benefits. The work takes place inside a climate-controlled office with quiet to moderate noise levels and involves desk-based work and computer use.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing, with direct hands-on responsibility for program results.
  • Demonstrated experience building or substantially scaling an affiliate program, ideally from scratch or from a basic state.
  • Hands-on familiarity with one or more major affiliate networks or SaaS platforms, such as Impact, Commission Junction, Awin, Partnerize, ShareASale, Rakuten Advertising, or Everflow.
  • Track record negotiating favorable commercial terms with publishers and managing a channel against a CAC or ROAS target.
  • Experience with lead-generation or performance partnerships, including host-and-post, lead-transfer, or pay-per-call models.
  • Existing publisher and review-site relationships, or a proven ability to build a network quickly through cold outreach.
  • Strong analytical skills, including modeling payouts and margins, evaluating partner quality, and supporting decisions with data.
  • Self-starting, responsive, trustworthy, and able to represent EcoShield to external partners while working with substantial autonomy.
  • Ability to work in the office five days a week.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk or workstation; frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and using a computer mouse; occasional lifting and carrying of office materials or supplies up to 25 pounds; and clear vision for reading documents and screens.

  • Experience in home services, subscription, and/or local services.
  • Familiarity with call-tracking platforms and offline conversion feeds.
  • Experience managing affiliate compliance and fraud prevention at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own affiliate program strategy, buildout, launch, and growth, measured by qualified lead volume, sales, revenue, and CAC contribution.
  • Set up and administer affiliate network accounts, including tracking, creative assets, terms, compliance, and reporting.
  • Identify, pitch, onboard, and grow publisher partners across review and comparison sites, content publishers, coupon and deal sites, email partners, and call-based affiliates.
  • Secure and manage pest-control review-site placements and improve how EcoShield is presented and ranked against competitors.
  • Build compliant host-and-post, lead-transfer, and call-transfer partnerships that provide qualified volume to the National Inside Sales floor.
  • Negotiate publisher commercial terms and payout models, including CPA, CPL, revenue share, hybrid, and pay-per-call structures, and renegotiate terms as partners scale.
  • Manage channel economics, including partner-level P&L visibility, payout validation, margin management, and spend and volume forecasting.
  • Coordinate postback and pixel integrations, call tracking, and affiliate revenue attribution with analytics and MarTech teams.
  • Monitor partner lead quality, identify incentivized or fraudulent traffic, and enforce trademark bidding and brand protection policies.
  • Ensure partners follow FTC disclosure standards, TCPA-compliant lead generation practices, and consent and data-handling requirements.
  • Forecast affiliate lead and sales volume and report partner performance, CAC, and the pipeline of new partnerships to the CMO.
