About The Position

The Reach Resort Key West, A Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join their award-winning culinary team. Located in Key West, this historic hotel offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that embodies the elegance and character of Old Key West. The hotel features 150 guest rooms, 2 food and beverage outlets, and over 4,700 square feet of banquet space, all overlooking a private beach. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will lead daily kitchen operations and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and in-the-moment coaching to kitchen staff, with either a focus on Outlets or Banquets
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including creating and monitoring production lists, completing line checks, and expediting service periods
• Develop and implement seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials
• Foster strong, positive relationships between Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless operations
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
