About The Position

At Jabil, the Senior Sourcing Specialist represents the Global Computing Division and provides ongoing support to its clients and Rebound end customers in sourcing and procuring electronic components and peripherals. The role cultivates relationships with new and audited suppliers and ensures sourcing and procurement are diligently conducted through approved vendors worldwide. It provides a high standard of customer service, including after-sales support, while maximizing profitability for the Rebound Group.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process sales quotations under the Global Computing Division banner.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules for clients within the assigned business unit.
• Expedite purchase orders when needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and process supplier purchase orders.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sourcing Manager.
• Provide ad hoc support or cover for other Global Computing Division team members when necessary to maintain acceptable service levels.
• Assist clients and suppliers in resolving issues or disputes, including financial issues when required.
• Provide customer support and represent the Company professionally.
• Complete all sales administration to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Escalate quickly and clearly to Senior Management any issues that may impact the business.
