About The Position

Represent the Global Computing Division and provide ongoing service to its clients and Rebound end customers by supporting the sourcing and procurement of electronic components and peripherals. Cultivate relationships with new and audited suppliers, and ensure sourcing and procurement are diligently carried out through approved vendors worldwide. Provide a high standard of customer service, including after-sales support, while maximizing profitability for the Rebound Group.

Responsibilities

Generate and process sales quotations under the Global Computing Division banner.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules for clients within the assigned business unit.
Expedite purchase orders when needed to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate and process supplier purchase orders.
Provide general administrative support to the Sourcing Manager.
Provide ad hoc support or coverage for other Global Computing Division team members as needed to maintain acceptable service levels.
Help clients and suppliers resolve issues or disputes, including financial issues when required.
Provide customer support and represent the company professionally.
Complete sales administration to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Quickly and clearly escalate issues that may affect the business to Senior Management.
