Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. The Partnership’s midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals. Requirements
- Experience in supporting supplier portfolio development
- Customer-focused with excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Proven record of driving cost savings throughout a complex organization
- Ability to structure and manage complex projects
- Service-oriented mindset, with a desire to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to think strategically, conceptually and analytically to assess problems, identify and consider potential solutions, and make timely recommendations
- 6 - 10 years of experience in a supply chain organization with a focus on spend management in supply portfolios spend; development and implementation of supply strategy; contract and supplier performance management.
- Data analytics, sourcing, procurement systems, and customer service.
- Business software applications: Microsoft Office, APTTUS/Agiloft or other contract management software, and SAP or other purchasing software.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the fuel/refinery/energy space is also desired.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and operational value
- Provide strategic inputs and supply market information to guide business decisions and act as a conduit for procurement activities
- Lead cross-functional teams through sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations.
- Negotiate commercial and legal terms, including master agreements, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs, and other contractual documents
- Work with appropriate operations team to identify areas of opportunity
- Quantify savings related to opportunity and work with business team to ensure savings are realized through vendor management and budget process
- Conduct ongoing business reviews to ensure suppliers are performing to contracted obligations and service levels
- Lead the suppliers and stakeholders of the supply chain through effective engagement and communication by delivering supplier awareness programs.
- Build strong relationships across regions and functions, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
