Egnyte is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (also known as a Sales Engineer) who can effectively communicate with Project staff, IT personnel, and executives within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role serves as the primary "Technical Liaison" between the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams and Egnyte's AEC customers. As a Senior SE, you are expected to work autonomously, going beyond feature demonstrations to challenge customer status quo. You will translate complex construction workflows, such as BIM collaboration and project delivery, into secure and scalable Egnyte-based solutions, consistently emphasizing the value proposition. Your responsibilities include taking ownership of the technical win, independently leading customer pilots and Proofs of Concept (POCs), and mentoring junior team members on industry best practices.
