About The Position

At NNE, we are looking for a Senior Engineering & Architecture Professional to play a key role in the design, construction, commissioning, and qualification of facilities and systems that enable our customers to bring life-changing products to market. Based on the provided job profile, this role is responsible for executing engineering and architecture activities across all project phases—from conceptual design through handover—while serving as a technical expert and mentor to colleagues. As a Senior Engineering & Architecture Professional, you'll contribute across a wide range of project sizes and phases, spending the majority of your time delivering project work and solving highly complex technical challenges. You'll work independently while ensuring alignment and coordination across disciplines and stakeholders. You are a technically strong professional who can navigate complex and changing environments with confidence. You bring broad engineering knowledge, practical business understanding, and a passion for continuous improvement. You are comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and finding better ways of working through improved processes, tools, and solutions. More importantly, as you gradually develop deep insight into our customers’ production processes, you will start radically rethinking the solutions we bring to the market. Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) degree
Significant experience delivering engineering or architectural work in complex project environments.
Strong understanding of applicable industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical activities.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
A collaborative mindset combined with strong communication and mentoring skills.
A passion for quality, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex engineering and architecture activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop technical solutions independently and ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and industry standards.
Coordinate interfaces and collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines.
Identify scope changes and proactively communicate impacts to project leadership.
Review and provide quality oversight of technical deliverables.
Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior engineers and architects.
Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, and technical sales activities.
Support the development of standards, best practices, and communities of interest.
Promote NNE's capabilities and identify opportunities to create value for clients.
