This role is remote based but requires candidates to be located in the Washington D.C. metro area to visit customer sites regularly. Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred. US Citizenship is required due to US Government contract requirements. We’re looking for a pre-sales-focused engineer at Legion Intelligence to demonstrate the power of our Generative AI product to prospective customers and partners. In this role, you’ll architect and implement proof of concepts (POCs) that will show customers the impact Legion Intelligence can have on their business or mission. You’ll educate prospects on how various Legion Intelligence features will improve their productivity and on how we address common AI concerns (hallucinations, data leakage, etc.). Using your familiarity with customer needs, you’ll evangelize their use cases, desired features, and pain points internally to help Legion Intelligence further improve our product. By building a strong relationship with prospective customer stakeholders, you’ll become a trusted advisor, providing honest assessments of how Legion Intelligence can impact their productivity. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in leading customers through the technical sales journey, from gathering requirements to POC development and customer demonstrations. You will work closely with Legion Intelligence sales leaders throughout the sales cycle and will work closely with delivery engineers and customer success during the transition from sales to execution. You will meet with services, technology, and platform partners to develop prototype integrations and technical sales materials in support of co-selling opportunities.
