About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the engineering and sales team with technical solutions utilizing their knowledge and experience in a specific field. The individual will be a technical resource for the support of the organization and answer specific questions, develop and provide engineering solutions and analyze/resolve customer issues utilizing internal and external resources. Addionally, the individual will support design reviews and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in related subject matters
• Laboratory and experience in compressor and system design and testing
• Strong Technical and analytical skills
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in an environment of teams

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Support with Potential Solutions
• Support Sales with estimated compressor performance and system solutions
• Interface with External Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers as required
• Analyze, Develop and implement Solutions
• Engage with and support Design Reviews
• Support the Field support team with Analysis/Input for Workarounds and Solutions
• Research and Recommend new Technologies
• Recommend Product Enhancements and new approaches
• Engage with the Development of New Products
• Provide expertise to the Engineering Team
