As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll sit at the intersection of our Sales & Deployment teams. You’ll help us win deals faster by bringing deep workflow credibility into the sales process, and help us deploy with confidence by partnering closely with customers and our deployment team after the sale. This is a hybrid pre-sales and post-sales role for someone who can go deep in both provider revenue cycle management and payer-side operational workflows. You’ll support discovery, scoping, workflow design, ROI modeling, implementation planning, and agent verification. You’ll become a trusted advisor to prospects and customers alike, especially to operational teams who want to know whether we truly understand how their work gets done.
