We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to design technical systems that are secure, scalable, and trusted by both clinicians and families. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll need to see both the big picture and the details, ensuring today’s designs won’t become tomorrow’s obstacles. Requirements
- 5+ years of solutions architecture experience.
- Proven record of designing scalable, long-standing systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with serverless frameworks.
- Communication skills to make complex ideas clear.
- A focus on trust, simplicity, and long-term stability in execution.
- High standards of judgment and accountability — always striving to “deserve” the confidence placed in the platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and document system architecture for critical services.
- Evaluate tools and technologies to meet scaling needs.
- Create blueprints and diagrams that bring clarity to complex systems.
- Provide technical leadership across product and engineering.
