About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a strategic, client-facing technical leader who bridges business goals and technology outcomes. This is a high-impact, hybrid role that spans Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, and Technical Alignment Management (TAM), this role is deal for someone who thrives in both the boardroom and the server room.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solutions architecture, professional services, or sales engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Experience in MSP or consulting environments.
• Ability to lead both strategy and execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with client and organizational objectives.
• Lead architecture discussions and develop design documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to meet business needs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Act as the senior technical authority on complex initiatives
• Lead delivery of implementation projects from discovery through execution.
• Engage with clients to define requirements and scope.
• Provide hands-on leadership during deployments and migrations.
• Develop SOWs and technical documentation.
• Mentor engineering teams.
• Support pre-sales activities including discovery and solution design.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead demos, POCs, and technical workshops.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses
• Align client technology with business goals.
• Develop and maintain Quarterly Technology Alignment Plans (QTAPs).
• Lead proactive strategy sessions.
• Identify and address compliance gaps and risks.
• Act as liaison between clients, engineers, and vendors.
• Provide industry-informed recommendations.
• Support Infrastructure, Tier 3, Advanced Solutions, and Business Technology.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor.
• Drive optimization and innovation initiatives
