The Senior Solutions Analyst drives digital transformation across Graduate Admissions, with a strong focus on Slate CRM. This role combines process optimization, system architecture, and platform administration to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive admissions solutions that enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and support institutional decision-making through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience administering Slate CRM, including configuration, workflow design, and platform optimization
  • Proven ability to manage Slate integrations with SIS and other enterprise systems using APIs, ETL processes, or middleware tools
  • Strong background in business process analysis, solution design, and translating functional needs into technical requirements
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including admissions cycle preparation and system enhancements
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices related to student and admissions data systems
  • Ability to develop reports and dashboards within Slate to support analytics, forecasting, and admissions decision-making
  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities in complex system environments
  • Effective stakeholder communication and relationship management across technical and non-technical teams
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, system integrity, and security
