About The Position

A Senior Solution Consultant (POC) will be an expert in OneStream technology and use this expertise to present the value proposition and benefit of the solutions to prospects, customers, partners and internally, supporting the sales process. A Senior Solution Consultant as a member of the Presales (POC) team will participate in the design, build and presentation of OneStream solutions based on specific customer needs which will vary in complexity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CPM/EPM, including building, developing, and deploying applications.
  • Strong knowledge of core CPM processes i.e. Consolidation / Planning / Reporting / Data Integration.
  • Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers’ landscape and targeted use cases.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.
  • Must have the ability to lead technical discussions and identify the right solution for our customers’ needs.
  • Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modelling.
  • Background in Finance/Accounting desirable.
  • English is a must.
  • Understanding of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) concepts and financial modelling.
  • Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and related technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based solutions.
  • Awareness of business processes in Finance and Accounting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Active listening and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in building credibility and maintaining professionalism in client interactions.
  • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as an EPM Services Consultant, or Technical Pre-Sales / Solution Engineer is preferred.
  • Ability to speak Italian, French or Spanish a considerable advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Transforming complex business requirements/challenges into robust POC (Proof-of-Concept) solutions.
  • Shortening the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
  • Providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
  • Acting as a technical resource for Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.
  • Developing and delivering high quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.
  • Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, influence overall future OneStream product and solution development.
  • Improving/maintaining standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.
  • Designing, validating, and presenting Database & OneStream Cloud solutions to include advanced product concepts and future direction.
