Requirements

• 7+ years of Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, ERP Consulting, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Operations, or related experience.
• Experience supporting Financial Services, Nonprofits, Consumer Services, or adjacent industries.
• Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, CRM, Planning, Analytics, Revenue Management, or Enterprise Applications.
• Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies and the ability to connect them to business value.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Executive Directors, and Operations leaders to understand strategic priorities and define AI enabled transformation strategies.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions that focus on business outcomes before technology.
• Deliver engaging demonstrations that connect finance, operations, customer engagement, analytics, and AI into a compelling business story.
• Develop deep expertise across Financial Services, Nonprofits, and Consumer Services to become a trusted industry advisor.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Create industry thought leadership, reusable demonstration assets, executive presentations, and best practices.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, and industry conferences.
