Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in telecom technology, solution architecture, or delivery leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in telecom networks, OSS/BSS, 5G, cloud, network automation, and managed services.
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 telecom operators and global delivery organizations.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, network transformation, and outcome-based delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for telecom, cloud, OSS/BSS, and 5G transformation programs.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, solution strategies, and modernization initiatives.
• Design scalable and cost-effective solutions across network core, RAN, cloud, automation, and managed services environments.
• Drive solutioning for large telecom engagements including proposal development, effort estimation, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and operational excellence.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and best practice adoption across programs.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with telecom ecosystem vendors, hyperscalers, and technology partners.
• Mentor technical teams and support capability development across telecom and cloud domains.
