Senior Solution Architect
About The Position
OutSystems is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support valued accounts across North America. This role is crucial for building trust, delivering measurable value, and navigating complex technical and business situations as part of a strategic, creative, and resourceful team. The Senior Solution Architect will serve as the technical expert and evangelist for the OutSystems agentic systems platform in complex customer environments, translating customer business goals into solutions that meet desired outcomes. This role acts as a point of contact for complex questions, solution tradeoffs, and industry best practices, partnering with the OutSystems Solution Delivery team on proof of concept (PoC) delivery. Proactive technical discovery to uncover deep-seated pain points and identify impactful opportunities for both the Customer and OutSystems is key, along with delivering strategic high-quality presentations and workshops for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor with deep insight on IT architecture and agentic systems positioning, solving complex business problems using the OutSystems platform and agentic capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting or similar customer facing technical roles
- 4+ years experience leading technical strategy for enterprise level projects or solutioning
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong business acumen with compelling presentation and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of agentic systems, web/ mobile app development and business modeling
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert and evangelist for the OutSystems agentic systems platform in complex customer environments
- Translate customer business goals into solutions that meet customer’s desired outcomes
- Point of Contact for complex questions, solution tradeoffs and industry best practices
- Partner with OutSystems Solution delivery team on proof of concept (PoCs) delivery
- Proactively conduct technical discovery to uncover deep-seated pain points and identify immediate, impactful opportunities for both the Customer and OutSystems
- Deliver strategic high-quality presentations and workshops for enterprise customers
- Be a trusted advisor with deep insight on IT architecture and agentic systems positioning
- Solve complex business problems using OutSystems platform and agentic capabilities
