About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Project Manager / Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex enterprise software initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving projects to successful delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software PM, Technical PM, TPM, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing complex software development projects with multiple teams and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Enterprise-level project management experience.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification.
• CSM or other Agile certification.
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience presenting project status and risks to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead software projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, Architecture, and Business.
• Drive project execution, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and resolve blockers and escalate critical risks when needed.
• Provide clear updates to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
