About The Position

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our IT department as a full-time Senior Software Product Manager located in Provo, Utah. The Product Manager collaborates with the entire development team to ensure that products are delivered successfully, within the Agile framework. This role leads complex product domains, connecting business strategy to execution while ensuring outcomes align with company goals. This role is responsible for defining domain-level strategy, guiding cross-functional execution, and influencing strategic business decisions. This position is located on-site.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in product management
  • Deep expertise in complex product domains, platforms, and lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of how product decisions impact business outcomes, scalability, efficiency, and technical tradeoffs
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product strategies and actionable initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence, with the ability to align stakeholders and executives without direct authority
  • Skill in defining success metrics, evaluating outcomes, and making data-informed decisions for the domain

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with design systems and UX teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma or Github
  • Background in Field Operations tech, or Day-to-Day Service, Routing, or Training software
  • Technical fluency or experience working closely with engineering teams
  • Coding background or understanding how to use it in conjunction with AI

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, vision, and execution of complex product domains or platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and inform product strategy
  • Lead roadmap planning and prioritization for the domain, balancing impact, technical complexity, and operational considerations
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to communicate product direction, tradeoffs, risks, and outcomes
  • Define, track, and evaluate success metrics to measure adoption, impact, and operational efficiency
  • Synthesize inputs from multiple teams and conflicting priorities into clear, aligned product decisions
  • Mentor or guide junior Product Managers and lead domain initiatives as needed
