As a Senior Software Product Manager - eCommerce, this individual is responsible for leading the exploration, definition, implementation, and execution of the GM Energy eCommerce backend ecosystem, in partnership with peer Product Managers, business stakeholders, technical counterparts, integration partners, and creative agencies. This role will work cross-functionally and oversee the ongoing management of the systems that power the GM Energy eCommerce experience. These integrations and partnerships include but are not limited to the Order Management System (OMS), payment platforms (EPG, Adyen), Home Purchasing Platform (HPP), CRM/Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, Datadog, IBM middleware, Shopify, and logistics and fulfillment integrations. They will play a critical role in identifying, defining, managing cross-functionally, and executing the integration of various teams and solutions into the GM Energy commerce experience and customer journey. This Sr. PM will partner with GM Energy sales, CRM teams, finance, tax, fraud, GM Parts & Accessories team, and other internal and external partners. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, fast learner, and always thinks customers first. We are searching for an individual who can effectively prioritize and thrive in an ambiguous/fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer experience, understand eCommerce backend and digital best practices, and bring innovative ideas for how to aid in EV adoption and support customers shopping and buying energy products and services.
