The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing Salesforce components to support customer care journeys. This includes implementing and maintaining custom Lightning UI experiences for frontline agents, integrating Salesforce with ACC Mule APIs, and developing API-driven interactions between Salesforce and ACC platforms. The role also involves building reusable components, optimizing Lightning pages for performance, implementing robust error handling, and supporting ACC release cycles. Collaboration with MuleSoft developers, architects, QA, and product owners is essential, as is providing production support for agent workflows. The position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development, web technologies, integration patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and Agile methodologies.
