About The Position

This is a shared software engineering pipeline for teams building the systems that run Anduril: CorpTech Platform, ArsenalOS, and CorporateOS. Candidates are hired into the pipeline and placed where their strengths fit best. The teams build full-stack products on high-availability systems, partner directly with the business and factory, and contribute to Anduril’s enterprise and production systems.

CorpTech Platform builds foundations for Anduril’s corporate systems, including data and software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure. ArsenalOS is the operational software backbone for the factory floor, supporting high-rate production of Anduril products. CorporateOS provides internal tools and enterprise systems for Finance and Growth. The role also supports Anduril’s effort to become an autonomous enterprise by integrating AI into the software engineering lifecycle.

The engineer will deliver features for systems such as Forge, improve applications through quality code and testing, use frontier AI development tools, collaborate with factory and cross-functional teams, and participate in an on-call rotation supporting production-floor software or equivalent applications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in one or more areas of full-stack web development, such as backend, frontend, or integration.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms with high-availability requirements.
• Proficiency with web technologies such as JavaScript, React, and TypeScript, and web frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• U.S. citizenship, because the position requires access to export-controlled data.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hypergrowth, startup-like environments, including success scaling and maturing software development processes, team culture, and methods, and balancing short- and long-term trade-offs.
• Understanding of enterprise acronyms and systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, and CRM.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or TS clearance.
• Manufacturing-industry experience, including hands-on work on assembly lines.
• Experience in financial operations or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver features for systems such as Forge, Anduril’s production platform.
• Improve team applications through quality code contributions and writing tests.
• Use frontier AI tooling for development and contribute to local AI harnesses.
• Partner with the factory floor to enable high-rate production of Roadrunner, Fury, and other Anduril products.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production-floor software or equivalent applications.
• Collaborate with systems architecture, software product and design, factory systems, and production digital tools.
