We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on development experience, modern engineering skills, and practical AI exposure to design, build, and enhance enterprise software solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality applications, modernizing engineering practices, and helping the organization apply AI-driven capabilities to improve automation, quality, and delivery speed. The ideal candidate brings deep software engineering expertise across backend development, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building enterprise applications with strong backend expertise (Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices)
  • Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and messaging systems (Kafka, MQ)
  • Strong foundation in distributed systems, system design, and testing practices
  • Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI (LLMs, RAG, automation, or AI-assisted development)
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
  • Own end-to-end development across the full lifecycle
  • Drive modernization (API-first, cloud, containers)
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems for autonomous workflows and decision-making
  • Build and integrate AI agents (LLM-based or hybrid) into enterprise use cases (automation, orchestration, defect resolution)
  • Leverage frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar
  • Develop RAG pipelines, vector-backed solutions, and knowledge-grounded systems
  • Build capabilities for context management, memory, and orchestration layers
  • Enable human-in-the-loop workflows for governance and continuous learning
  • Ensure observability, guardrails, and performance optimization (latency, cost, reliability)
  • Build scalable, secure, and observable system integrations
  • Drive code quality, CI/CD, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate across Agile teams and provide technical leadership
