About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who combines strong technical depth with independence, ownership, and the ability to work directly with clients. You’ll join one of our cross-functional pods, working on enterprise-level, AI-powered solutions for large clients. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just implement tickets, but can understand the bigger picture, make sound technical decisions, take ownership of outcomes, and help steer a project from architecture through production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
Strong professional experience as a Software Engineer, with significant technical depth.
Expert-level proficiency in .NET or Python.
Strong understanding of software architecture and the ability to design systems beyond individual components.
Experience with databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
At least a working understanding of frontend development; React experience is preferred.
Experience using AI tools in your everyday development workflow — we expect you to actively use AI to improve how you work.
Ability to work independently and take genuine ownership of technical outcomes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work directly with clients.
Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations, prioritize effectively, and stand behind your technical judgment.
Fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

Experience building and operating AI-powered solutions in production, particularly in enterprise environments.
Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, AI integrations, or other modern AI application patterns.
Experience designing cloud-native architectures.
Experience working across the full software lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment and production operations.
Experience with React and modern frontend development.
Experience working in consulting, client-facing engineering, or similarly collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-grade AI-powered software solutions for large clients.
Take ownership of technical decisions and help shape the architecture of projects.
Design and implement solutions across the stack, including backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
Work primarily with .NET or Python; experience with Java or Node.js is also valuable.
Contribute to the frontend when needed, with React experience being a strong plus.
Work with AI technologies and integrate AI capabilities into robust, production-ready applications.
Work directly with clients: understand their needs, explain technical trade-offs, provide guidance, and challenge assumptions when necessary.
Work independently while collaborating closely with other engineers and specialists within your pod.
Help establish technical direction, identify risks and dependencies, and make pragmatic decisions.
Take ownership when things get difficult: prioritize, lead, de-escalate, communicate clearly, and defend your technical position when you believe it is the right one.
Help ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and suitable for enterprise environments.
