About The Position

The Senior Software Engineer designs and builds scalable applications, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native services, and internal platforms, frameworks, libraries, or tooling that improve developer productivity and engineering efficiency. The role applies modern programming languages, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and platform engineering practices. It also calls for technical leadership on complex projects and cross-team engineering efforts, along with an interest in AI-enabled engineering, workflow automation, and modern software delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Strong programming experience in one or more modern languages, such as C#, Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building scalable applications, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native services.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and modern platform engineering practices.
• Experience developing internal platforms, frameworks, libraries, or tooling that improve developer productivity and engineering efficiency.
• Familiarity with API management, gateway technologies, secrets management, and infrastructure tooling.
• Demonstrated technical leadership through complex projects, platform initiatives, or cross-team engineering efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with large-scale data platforms, ETL pipelines, or high-volume data processing environments.
• Strong interest in AI-enabled engineering, workflow automation, and modern software delivery practices.
