About The Position

This Senior Software Engineer role sits within RIB North America’s SpecLink platform team, a collaborative and forward-thinking group building a cloud-native SaaS product for the construction industry. You’ll work on modern, full-stack .NET applications that help architects, engineers, and builders collaborate more effectively. The team values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning, offering a fast-paced environment where your technical leadership and mentorship will directly shape a core product used globally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience building data-driven web applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• Strong experience as a full-stack developer with scalable application design principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft cloud and development tools such as .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Visual Studio
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, REST API design, and automated testing practices
• Awareness on latest AI technologies such as Github Copilot, Claude, Cursor AI for AI driven software development

• Strong technical curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in modern web and cloud technologies
• Ability to mentor others, collaborate across geographies, and build trust within distributed teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who applies best practices in fast-moving environments
• Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular or React), microservices, and domain-driven design

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver high-performance, accessible cloud-based .NET SaaS applications
• Analyze requirements, assess technical feasibility, and create technical designs and proofs of concept
• Collaborate closely with global teammates and stakeholders to deliver features and resolve issues
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards
• Support, maintain, and continuously improve existing and legacy applications
