About The Position

We are an IT Solutions Integrator/Consulting Firm helping our clients hire the right professional for an exciting long-term project. This role is for a Senior Software Engineer looking for excitement, challenge, and stability in their work. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, enhance, test, implement, and deploy software applications based on functional and detailed design requirements. The role requires strong hands-on development skills, collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, and adherence to software development, quality assurance, configuration, and change-management processes.

Requirements

7+ years: C#
7+ years: .NET Framework 4.5+
7+ years: T-SQL / SQL Server
2+ years: .NET Core
2+ years: JavaScript
2+ years: REST APIs
2+ years: Entity Framework
Strong hands-on software development experience.
Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with structured development and quality processes.
Strong debugging and complex problem-solving skills.
Experience with source/code management, version control, unit testing, and integration testing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy software applications.
Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions.
Collaborate with clients, IT teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Write high-quality, maintainable code and create technical documentation.
Follow software configuration, version control, testing, and quality-management processes.
Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and identify root causes.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Participate in Agile development and project activities.
Provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers when required.
Contribute to technical solutions, estimates, documentation, and project deliverables.
Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
