About The Position

Security Journey is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing development team adding and updating features on its Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform. We work as a close-knit team, utilizing generative AI to enhance our hard-won software development skills and enabling us to work effectively across all layers of the platform.

Requirements

5 or more years practical development experience, especially on the backend
Excellent understanding of software engineering best practices along with a strong desire to produce excellent code that is secure, maintainable, and scaleable
High level of ability to engage with product management, customer support, and clients to understand problems and collaborate on solutions
Ability to work well both individually and in the team context
Cybersecurity interest or experience
Experience with microservices or other service-based distributed systems

Responsibilities

Adding and updating features on its Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform.
Utilizing generative AI to enhance software development skills.
Working effectively across all layers of the platform.
Engaging with product management, customer support, and clients to understand problems and collaborate on solutions.
Working well both individually and in the team context.
