Senior Software Engineer
About The Position
Juicebox is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build its AI-powered recruiting platform. The role contributes to engineering decisions in close collaboration with the founders, including improving profile-result ranking, expanding search filters and data sources, and creating a better onboarding experience. The engineer will design, build, and ship product features end to end, many of which use LLMs. Recent projects include fine-tuning a model to extract insights from profiles and building feedback loops to improve search queries. The technology stack includes Next.js, React, Node.js, OpenSearch (Elasticsearch), AWS SQS, Spark, and inference providers and LLMs. Juicebox describes itself as a rapidly growing AI SaaS company serving more than 5,000 customers and reports raising over $116 million in funding. Requirements
- Have built something from scratch, such as a startup, project, or feature.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to engineering decisions in close collaboration with the founders.
- Improve the ranking of profile search results.
- Develop new filters and data sources for the search engine.
- Improve the experience users have during their first minutes on the platform.
- Design, build, and ship product features end to end.
- Build features using LLMs, including work on profile insight extraction and feedback loops for search-query improvement.
