About The Position

Dripos is transforming the coffee shop industry with its all-in-one software solution, eliminating the need for multiple systems. We provide everything a business needs to operate: ordering, scheduling, payroll, banking, and accounting. We are backed by leading venture capital firms like Base10 Partners and Cota Capital, as well as notable angel investors including Y Combinator managing partner Michael Seibel, Punchh founder Shyam Rao, and Bench founder Ian Crosby. Dripos is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale one of the first comprehensive fintech platforms (payroll, banking, and accounting) for brick and mortar businesses. This is the perfect role for an engineer that’s passionate about fintech and wants to have an outsized business impact.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience is preferred
Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City
Must work 100% onsite at DripOS NYC HQ.

Responsibilities

Own large areas within our product
Create intuitive products for customers to manage the entirety of their financials
Lead architecture discussions for a complex and interconnected fintech system
Collaborate closely with the client-facing teams to transform ideas into an impactful product
Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers
