About The Position

This team is looking for full stack developers that will work on a product that stores, visualizes, and disseminates as a system source of record for ELINT collection. Provide the Intelligence community a new product that visualizes model ELINT data in a logical and understandable way, ensuring high accuracy of data through validation with trusted analysts. Our product needs to meet the needs of tactical users while ensuring interoperability, thorough documentation, and data fidelity.

Requirements

  • 20 years of professional software engineering experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Four additional years of relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree requirement.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
  • Extensive experience with full-stack software development, including designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and MongoDB.
  • Experience developing modern web applications using React and Redux.
  • Proficiency with Git and SVN source control systems.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and troubleshooting applications in Linux environments.
  • Experience developing and supporting applications and services within AWS cloud environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Apache Flink or other distributed stream-processing technologies.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application environments.
  • Experience working as part of an Agile software development team, including participation in iterative development, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support a rapidly developing team of new features, deployment of patches, and updates to an existing system
  • Close collaboration between developers for review and refinement of software and Devops team for upcoming deployments
  • Design, develop, test, and document new features on a cloud-based software product
  • Contribute to architecture and design reviews, and assist in shaping technical approaches
