About The Position

Security Journey is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing development team adding and updating features on its Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform. We work as a close-knit team, utilizing generative AI to enhance our hard-won software development skills and enabling us to work effectively across all layers of the platform.

Requirements

• 5 or more years practical development experience, especially on the backend.
• Excellent understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Strong desire to produce excellent code that is secure, maintainable, and scaleable.
• High level of ability to engage with product management, customer support, and clients to understand problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to work well both individually and in the team context.
• Cybersecurity interest or experience.
• Experience with microservices or other service-based distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Adding and updating features on its Enterprise AI Training and Capability Platform.
• Utilizing generative AI to enhance software development skills.
• Working effectively across all layers of the platform.
• Engaging with product management, customer support, and clients to understand problems and collaborate on solutions.
