This position involves developing the RTC-Web Gateway (RWG), analyzing and fixing production issues, and enhancing RWG's security and failover capabilities. The role requires troubleshooting customer-reported tickets related to the Zoom web client and RWG, participating in the full development lifecycle including design, code reviews, and testing, and owning the RWG service and its releases. The engineer will lead RWG development, deployment, and critical customer support during production incidents. Communication with DevOps, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams for new features and requirements is essential, as is enhancing service maturity and cooperating with management on release plans, task tracking, and risk control to maintain high quality.
