We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. Lead the end-to-end development of features across the entire stack, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our customers. Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and customer engineering teams to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications. Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, emphasizing the importance of customer-centric design and iterative development. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, customer-focused solutions. Stay informed about customer feedback and contribute insights to continuously improve our products.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role for an automotive technology company
  • At least 2 years of experience using C++, Python, Linux/Windows, Git, and MATLAB

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of features across the entire stack, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and customer engineering teams to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, emphasizing the importance of customer-centric design and iterative development.
